Scout would like to remind everyone out there of a very important date- Earth Hour, Saturday 27th March 2010 at 8.30pm. That means lights out for one hour, so we advise to plan your dinner parties around that! One of us forgot last year and was urged to "cook by candlelight" infront of bemused dinner guests!

In 2009 hundreds of millions of people around the world showed their support by turning off their lights for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.

Earth Hour 2010 will continue to be a global call to action to every individual, every business and every community. A call to stand up, to show leadership and be responsible for our future.

We say, that one hour by candlelight is a damn fine excuse for romance too!
