Gypsy Treasures

Here at SCOUT we get excited when we can talk about amazing local talent. So we were overjoyed when we came across Byron sisters Elizabeth and Isabella Briedis and their jewellery and accessory label Spell. They describe Spell as ‘gypsy treasures’ and gorgeous little treasures is exactly what they are with charm bracelets and American Indian inspired necklaces that are infused with a bohemian spirit every girl wants to exude. Charms in history were used as far back as Ancient Egypt for luck and also to identify an individual to the Gods in the afterlife. Today charms still allow us to wear a little bit of our personalities and this is the very thing we love most in Spell’s creations.

The sisters have just opened their first store in Byron Bay celebrating with an opening night fashion show of their new range Dust and Fairytales. The store is a boho haven and the girls have a studio at the back where they are creating their jewels by hand and welcoming all. SCOUT loves the labels handcrafted quality, with no two being exactly alike you get a unique piece you can treasure forever.
