H&M Home…Coming soon to the UK
People rejoice! Your home can now be as stylish as your wardrobe with the announcement that H&M are to take their H&M Home line, online. So far, the range has only been available in parts of Europe but from September, with the launch of the Swedish chains first transactional website Britain’s boudoirs can be decked in the stores covetable and affordable interiors.
True to the fast-fashion fashion philosophy, the season’s key catwalk trends will inform the homeware collections. For this autumn, head of design Evelina Kravaev Söderberg hints at “the glamour of Paris from the 1920s through to the 1940’s”. The range allows trend-savvy shoppers to update their interiors as and when they feel with a mass of printed cushions, metallic net curtains or lurex table runners all the while confident in high quality products. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room will all be well catered for with three drops per season and new product introduced every fortnight.
In terms of what we can expect in future, think collaborations with artists and illustrators such as the brands partnership with sublime illustrator Julie Verhoeven earlier this year. And of course a roll out to the rest of the world, us Scout’s can’t wait!
