Holy Church

Church’s Shoes, is THE high-end English footwear brand. Founded in 1873 by Thomas Church and his three sons, the brands heritage and experience in the production of handmade men’s shoes dates back to 1675.

In 1999, Church’s Shoes was taken over by the Prada Group, one of the world’s leaders in luxury goods. The takeover took place with the desire to optimise the brand’s business opportunities while keeping full admiration for its English identity.

For this reason, in commemoration for the Olympic games, Church's have created 17 variations of the 'Stratford shoe' (Stratford being where the Olympic village will be), in great colours that truly adds the Prada touch.

Each pair will be numbered as they are limited editions for the 2012 London Olympic and can be purchased from the Church's store on Regent street (London), from mid July.
